For our Attendance initiative, we focus on Attendance Heroes:

E- Everyday
R- Ready
O- On Time
Each classroom has a daily attendance goal. If the class meets their goal, each day they will get a paw on their chart. If classes fill the chart at the end of the week, the class is awarded with Gold paws to celebrate their classroom and decorate the outside of their door.
Classrooms are celebrated for their successes and will participate in different competitions throughout the year for attendance to receive prizes.
We also do Fabulous 4 Lottery. One student per grade per month is selected out of a lottery of students who have had positive behavior and attendance for the entire month. Students receive a yard sign and a picture with their sign, or administration, or their parents who come to the school to pick them up and be recognized.
Our PBIS team is working on positive behavior competitions among grade level teams. We are focusing on attendance, behavior, school spirit. Teams will move their helmets across a football field as they earn points for their team. Prizes will be rewarded throughout for leading teams.
