Intramural Permission Slip
The cost for Shiloh Intramurals is $25 per activity. Fees should be handed in with the permission slip. Cash, check or money order made payable to Parma City Schools can be handed in to Mrs. Giles. (There may be an additonal charge for any "off site" activities such as ski club or bowling).
